Anthony is a master of the art of massage. He provides a truly therapeutic experience. I was on vacation in Honolulu, and booked massages for myself and my sister-in-law. We were both skeptical about trying a male massage therapist, but agreed that we had the best massages ever! It could be partly that men have more strength in their hands, and therefore can provide a deeper tissue therapy. At any rate, Anthony's goal is to truly help people and not to just make them feel good. He asked about my issues - one of which was computer strain. He addressed this by finding and working on specific areas that were hurting. One week later and I'm still feeling much better. If I lived on Oahu, I would book a standing weekly appointment with Anthony. He is worth every penny!

My name is Peterson and I am writing this review because of the amazing experience I had at Helpful Massage & Body.

I traveled to Hawaii for work and I always try to get in a few miles before I start my day. During this particular trip I was training for a major run with a Running Group my Wife and I created back home in NYC. On one of my training runs in Hawaii, my legs felt like I was carrying a ton of bricks. I stretched during the run and that wasn't enough. I decided to look for someone that could help me with not just giving basic massage but also, is able listens and address my actual concerns.

I was staying in Waikiki and decided to make my way to Helpful Massage and Body, because it was close to Laniki beach. I figured either way it would be a win/win.

Prior to my actual session, Anthony had reached out and provided a very detailed directions. On what to do upon my arrival. Once I arrived I was greeted by Anthony who was amazing guy all around. I filled out the release and ailment form which he actually read and then discussed my issues and concerns with me during the warm up session. We discussed my issues in detail and he even offered several pieces of advise.

The massage was phenomenal, which is why I am writing this review. After the massage I was able to enjoy the rest of the evening and then boarded my flight home to NYC that evening. I landed at in JFK at 7:00AM EST and was able to go run lead a run with my running group by 8:00Aam. Anthony was able to work the muscles and gave me some fresh legs to run in.

I would highly recommend Helpful Massage & Body. I am scheduled to be in Hawaii at the end of this month and I will be scheduling another session with Anthony at Helpful Massage and Body.

Anthony is a fantastic massage therapist! I love massage, have gotten them regularly throughout the years, and can honestly say that he is truly one of the best. His studio is easily accessible, with plenty of parking options. I also love that he works with you on scheduling- I work long hours that change on a moments notice and he was totally understanding and accommodated me. I definitely recommend him to all my friends and anyone else on the island who is looking for a good, relaxing time!

This was my first massage with Anthony Nayeli. I have chronic neck and back pain and wasn't overly optimistic about how I would feel after.
He was awesome! Not too painful yet very directed to spots that were problematic for me. I felt better even before the session was over and did not experience worse pain the day after which sometimes happens.
I also really appreciated the time he spent teaching about posture and how to release tension in my neck and shoulders. He also spent time showing me various techniques to improve my posture and to release tension in my neck and shoulders.
I have had massages from many different practitioners and he is exceptional. I really felt genuine concern for my well being. I'm going back.

Did a great job listening to my needs and incorporating it into a very therapeutic massage. Very professional, caring, knowledgeable and enjoyed the heated table!! Highly recommend!

I recently recieved the greatest massage from Anthony! He is knowledgable and works very therapeutically if needed on injuries & chronic conditions. If you just want a completely relaxing massage it's wonderful too! Anthony gives helpful hints on how to maintain & keep pain free. Awesome shoulder/neck work!
I am trained in shiatsu & zentherapy(Rolfing) and so appreciate a therapist that can create change in the body/mind/spirit!

I went to see Tony the other day and was impressed by his dedication and passion for his work. He worked on my sore neck & lower back. He also explained and suggested tips for me to follow, which really helps me on a daily basis. I have a very busy schedule and he was able to accommodate me. The office is conveniently located and the parking is right in front.

I had the most extraordinary massage with Anthony yesterday. His calm, therapeutic presence set the stage for an incredibly healing experience. He is an experienced massage therapist who clearly thrives on creating a personal connection with his client, while intuitively discerning which areas require deep work. His quiet, thoughtful demeanor, his knowledge of massage techniques and ability to apply them to suit individual needs make Anthony a superb choice for a healing, therapeutic massage. Tony certainly knows anatomy and is very engaged with the process of massage. It was thoroughly enjoyable, educational and helpful.

I don't typically write reviews but this time I'm doing so because of the out of this world superb and fantastic massage that Anthony provided. For years I've been in search to find a good massage therapist. I think my search is over. I finally found my most favorite one. A huge kudos to Anthony! His knowledge about massage techniques and anatomy is incredible. He knows which muscles, tissues, and tendons are connected to what and can instantly pinpoint a problem. Anthony, you are amazing and you have a customer for life!

PS: I always booked with female massage therapists in the past. I'm glad I gave Anthony a try. Otherwise, I would still be in search to find a good massage therapist. For sure, I will tell my friends about Anthony.

Toni is amazing. He relieves my stress and I always leave feeling much more relaxed and peaceful. Toni also taught me a few exercises to do while in my chair to help relieve the stress. Thank you so much Toni.

Tony provided the best massage that I have found in years. As a traveling medical worker I often have difficulty finding a new masseuse that has the talent and experience that he has. I will miss him when I leave for my next assignment. In the meantime I am appreciating all that he has done to help! If I lived here permanently I would not look else where.

Anthony likes his work and it shows. He is thoughtful and knowledgeable, listens and focuses on voiced concerns. He took his time and even went over the allotted time slot. I can definitely recommend him.
