6 Month Memberships

As a Helpful Massage and Bodyworks member, you receive treatments at a 15% discount!

Additional Benefits:

No membership fee!
You may purchase unlimited additional treatments at the 15% off membership rate for your personal use, including upgrades, add-ons and Personal Training (pending).
You can even purchase gift certificates for family, friends, and business associates at a 15% discount! (Note: discounted gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase date).
A free 30 minute upgrade for your sixth treatment, and
One 60 minute reward massage credit to give as a gift to a friend, family member, co-worker, client; whomever you choose!
Access members-only website content (coming 2018).

How does this work?
Members commit to paying for (1) treatment once every month for six months.
Your credit card will be charged on the 3rd day of each month.

You’ll text or call to book your appointment or schedule it online. If you are unable to come in during a particular month, your unused appointment will remain on your account for 60 days, available for you to use on your next visit.

• All regular “membership” credits must be used by the same person, but accumulated credits may be combined to create treatments of longer duration.
• If a credit is not used within 60 days from the date it was purchased, it expires and is no longer a payment option.

After six consecutive months of active membership you earn 2 rewards:

1. A free 30 minute upgrade for your sixth treatment, and
2. One 60 minute reward massage credit to give as a gift to a friend, family member, co-worker, client; whomever you choose!  

After attaining your six month massage/wellness goal,  your membership will renew automatically as a monthly contract with identical pricing until you cancel your contract.

• Your membership may be “frozen” one time, for up to 3 months, before it will automatically resume.

Payments and Credits  
Clients enrolling in the Helpful Massage and Bodyworks Monthly Membership Plan agree to a monthly charge based on the regular price less 15% discount, ($63.75 for 60 minutes, $93.50 for 90 minutes, both plus tax), entitling the client to a massage each month for the duration of their contract.
 

On the third day of every month, membership dues will be automatically charged to the client’s card on file (either the agreed upon $63.75 or $93.50, plus tax).  

• • A credit card or debit card number will be kept on file for this monthly charge.  
  • In the event that your credit card is declined, expired, lost, or stolen, it is your responsibility to provide us with your updated credit card information. Any lapse in monthly payments must be made current before continuing on with your monthly membership.  

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
If the client must cancel or reschedule an appointment, appropriate notification must be provided  by at least 8pm of the night before. See full cancellation policy here.

If a monthly membership massage credit or reward massage credit is not used within 60 days from the date it was purchased/awarded, it expires and is no longer a payment option. No cash or credit refunds will be given for unused massages.

Early Cancellation Fee
Monthly membership provides an additional incentive towards your wellness goals: saving money!  Members receive 15% discount on massage and related services. Abandoning your commitment before the six month goal will forfeit this savings

Memberships cancelled before the full duration of the 6 month term will be assessed an early cancellation fee equal to the sum of regular monthly discounts accrued to date–effectively you pay full price for each service retroactively.

After the six month goal is reached,  your membership will renew automatically as a monthly contract and can be cancelled anytime with no penalty.

Memberships must be cancelled by 8pm on the night of the 2nd day of the month.

Your membership may be “frozen” one time, for up to 3 months, before it will automatically resume.

Helpful Massage and Bodyworks Llc. reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time in the event of inappropriate member behavior.

Business/Referral Partner Memberships

Your Business may qualify for a referral partnership earning massage credits.

With a 5-pack, you pay for four regularly priced sessions and get one free! That’s a discount of 20%!  Plus your fifth massage will be automatically upgraded to include 30 bonus minutes free!

With a 10-pack, you pay for eight regularly priced sessions and get two free!  PLUS your fifth and tenth massages will be automatically upgraded to include 30 bonus minutes free, AND you receive one promotional 60 min. massage credit to give to whomever you choose!

How does this work?

Choose the multi-pack that suits your needs:

Pricing for 5-packs is:

• • • (5) x  60-min. massages: $300 (you save $75, plus one 30-min. upgrade free!)
    • (5) x  90-min. massages: $440 (you save $110, plus one 30-min. upgrade free!)

Pricing for 10-packs is:

• • • (10) x  60-min. massages: $600 (you save $110, plus (2) x 30-min. upgrades and  (1) x 60-min. massage gift credit free!)
    • (10) x  90-min. massages: $880 (you save $220, plus (2) x 30-min. upgrades and  (1) x 90-min. massage gift credit free!)

Once you’ve selected your multi-pack, you’ll pay the entire amount up front; there is no recurring automatic billing. Your sessions will be tracked through Schrdulicity, our online scheduling system.  You can use your sessions quickly or take your time. Your sessions will remain on your account available for use until you are ready, but  must be used before their expiration date. 5-pack packages expire 10 months after date of purchase, 10-pack packages expire 20 months after date of purchase.
